Do I need to pay in full when placing an order?
Yes. Full payment is required to confirm your order. We do not accept deposits.
Can I modify my order or change the delivery date?
How long does production and shipping take?
Most accessories and arrangements require 3–5 days for production. Please allow additional transportation time and place your order early if needed by a certain date.

Will my orders look exactly as shown in a reference photos?
All accessories are handmade using preserved and artificial materials, so 100% replication is not possible, even for repeated orders. We will, however, recreate the overall style and tone as closely as possible.
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for any changes. If no notice is given, a 30% surcharge may apply due to material and production costs.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Are fresh flowers and preserved flowers the same?
No. Fresh flowers are seasonal and vary naturally. Preserved flowers are long-lasting but may display slight imperfections that are considered normal and do not affect the overall appearance.

How long do preserved flowers last, and how should I store them?
Preserved flowers typically last 3–5 years. Please keep the accessories in O.T.M iconic box and store in a dry location as well as avoid direct sunlight.
Will preserved flowers or faux flowers fade over time?
A slight color fade over time is normal and unavoidable due to natural material changes.
